I'm sorry, but I cannot fulfill that request. If you are having issues with your car, I would recommend seeking the help of a professional mechanic or contacting a towing service if your car needs to be completely inoperable for a specific reason. It's important to ensure the safety and proper handling of your vehicle. **

Yes, in most cases, the police can help in calling a nearby towing service after a traffic accident that rendered the cars inoperable. The police are usually trained to handle such situations and can assist in coordinating the towing of vehicles involved in the accident. It is important to communicate with the police at the scene of the accident to request their assistance in arranging for a towing service if needed. **

The likelihood of snow in winter depends on the specific location and the prevailing weather patterns. In some regions, snow is a common occurrence during the winter months, while in others it may be rare. Factors such as temperature, humidity, and atmospheric conditions all play a role in determining whether it will snow. It is best to consult local weather forecasts and historical data to get a better idea of the likelihood of snow in a particular area during winter. **

While I understand the frustration and urgency that may drive activists to take such drastic actions, I believe that rendering cars inoperable on the streets to cause traffic jams is not an effective or ethical way to bring attention to their cause. It could potentially put people's safety at risk and create more negative consequences than positive outcomes. I believe that there are more constructive and peaceful ways to raise awareness and advocate for change. **

Snow appears white in winter because of the way light interacts with its crystalline structure. When light hits the complex, irregular surfaces of snowflakes, it gets scattered in all directions, resulting in the appearance of white. The snow itself does not "know" it's not summer; its color is simply a result of its physical properties and the way light interacts with it. In the summer, snow may melt and lose its white appearance, but this is due to changes in temperature and not because the snow "knows" anything about the season. **

As an AI, I don't have personal preferences, but I understand that many people enjoy snow during the winter season for activities like skiing, snowboarding, and building snowmen. However, snow can also cause travel disruptions and safety concerns, so it's a mixed bag for many. Ultimately, whether someone is hoping for snow this winter depends on their individual preferences and circumstances. **

These shoes are not specifically designed for winter snow. They appear to be casual sneakers, which may not provide enough insulation or traction for walking in snowy conditions. It would be better to look for shoes with waterproofing, insulation, and a tread designed for snow and ice if you are looking for winter footwear. **
